A writer and speaker, PeggySue Wells is the author of a dozen titles including the What To Do Series, Audie Award finalist The Slave Across the Street, and Rediscovering Your Happily Ever After. Her books have been translated into three languages and sold internationally. She is a frequent contributor to magazines, instructs at writers conferences, and speaks at corporate, homeschool, and women's events.

PeggySue served as Advisory Board member for Remedy.fm, and championed the Tweener Time International Teen Writing, Art, and Song Writing competition. She is a member of the Christian Performing Arts Fellowship, the Advanced Writer and Speaker Association, and the Christian Writers Guild. She writes curriculum and screenplays, conducts young author workshops at schools, and presents interactive workshops for colleges and national conferences.

A columnist for the Christian Communicator, and frequent contributor to the Christian Writers Guild’s Pros on Prose, PeggySue’s articles appear in Focus on the Family Magazine, Clubhouse Magazine, In Touch Magazine, Significant Living, Church Libraries, The Advanced Christian Writer, Christian Communicator, Mature Years, Purpose Magazine, New Homeowner Magazine, New Moon Magazine, and Homecoming Magazine.


She has earned awards for her news and feature stories. Early in her writing career, she was recognized for the most misleading headline, a favorite smile-inducing merit and conversation starter.
